I wish to buy a commercial plot that can be constructed after 1 year and be rented right away. The location shall be DHA Lahore. The budget to buy land is around 50 Million but it can be increased by selling some other properties. Kindly suggest what options are available and what rent range this property can generate monthly after construction.

in given budget, you should buy a 4 marlas commercial in DHA Lahore phase 6 that starts from 470 lacs onwards (location dependants) , phase 6 has started getting populated and looks lively so commercial activity can be started immediately that will boost with time.
may consider following also as you can have 8 marlas commercial in M block ph5
