Please make an analysis of prices for the last year, say 7/2016 to 5/2017 for each housing society for which you are concerned and extend the trend for the coming year, ignoring the occasionary rise and then declining; on the pretext of one or the other, like dha bahawalpur and multan: please share the bottom line wrt rise or fall in prices in near and somewhat distant future incorporating the long lasting factor for each society.
