Wapda town vs DHA multan,

Wapda -1 & 2 average location rate is ~1.5-1.6 crore. Wapda-3 is 32 lac only. Wapda 1-2 is less than 2000 acre, DHA multan phase 1 is 6000 acres (3 times bigger) and 2000 acre of phase-2 will also come in due time.
DHA multan would not be at Wapda-1 population stage in 10 years time and supply would be more due to larger size of project. Therefore 170 of 1Kanal is forecasted.

10 years is a very very long term investment, usually meant for 'genuine' investors.
After 10 years, Do you think that Wapda-1 will still be available at 1.5-1.6 crore?
The inflation factor will make it twice as well, therefore, Wapda -1 will be at 3.2 crore....
DHA Multan, after matching the prices of Wapda-1, will also be projected to 3+ crore after 10 years!

in DHA Multan - Army officers of South Punjab will get plots at very low prices (after service allotment , so they will start building home as soon as they get possession, I expect that once DHA will get rapid populated once its development will be completed.

Example: Price increase in ready plots in 10 years:


DHA 5 10 marla ready plot: 50 lac in 2008, 110 lac NOW
DHA 6 10 marla ready plot: 40 lac in 2008, 105 lac NOW,

so even ready plots get their price increase due to 'inflation' .... same will be the case with wapda town and hence with DHA Multan ....

Multan dha 1 kanal cash files will be plots and price will be double in 3 years time mark my words.

multan_DHa bhai which 10 marla plot in Dha phase 5 comes in 110 lac mujhe bhi lay do. These is no 10 marla available in phase 5 less than 180 now. L-87 10 marla is on sale in phase for 210 lac
