I am looking for expert opinion on IVY green in one year, when possession is handed over for construction.
I have following questions:
1. Is Ivy green would be handed over in one year?
2. What is the expected price of 5 Marla, 10 Marla and one kanal for good location?
3. What is the expected price of good location plot in Prism?

If IVY is not handed over in 3 years, handover of Prism would at least take 8 years. DHA gave December 31st date for handover of IVY, whereas no handover date was given for Prism.
Question is where to invest, when market is not moving. Prices may increase due to expected possession |

Ali prism shall not be ready for possession in 5 years time but for sure the rates would be quite high by that time as development work would be near completion |
