I am going to outside country for 2 years, I have a budget of around 6-8 Million. Can you advise me a good investment for 2 years since i will be pulling back money after 2 years to settle back down in pakistan.
Kindly advise me ASP as i will soon be leaving and need your highly desired advice to do the investment.

Naeem first of all 2 years investment can not ensure you that you will get good returns because you must have holding power in case things dont work out in your way. Anyhow, the safe and better option in your budget is 1k Mul cash file + 1k Bwp cash file |

Naeem sahib, Be it Property or Stock if you can hold you can sell on your terms.
DHA Multan is Good option, Prism or IVY green 10 Merla can also be tried, DHA Phase 7 10 Merla Plots all dues clear is also good option.
Other Options are LDA 1 and AWT 2, one Kanal plots |

Sir you should buy one good location 5-Marla plot in DHA 9 Town, you should have a gain of 1.5-2 Million in next 2 years.

I suggest you to invest in Islamic Mutual funds better then property.....easy to withdraw after two years....with expected roi 24% min per year..... |
