Yar yeh kesi fazool disscussion site hai jiss mein gareeb bandey ki post ka koi jawab hi nai deta.

Mein ne Khyaban e Amin ke appartments offer ke barey mein poocha tha. Ke installments pe lena chahieye ke nai. Koi batata kion nai. Kia koi or achi web site hai property disscussion pe ya mein appni web site hi launch ker don...

If installments make you pay a lot more than Lump Sum, then what is it? Mere bhai it is sood? If in both cases you pay same, then of course it is not sood. If they do not offer Lump Sum basis, then again it is not sood. This is what I understand, again I am not a Mullah, just a simple common man.

Exactly, That is what i was asking. K wo lump sum pe offer nai ker raheye. They are not offering appartments on lump sum basis and only offering on installments. So i think it is not sood.

Now the question after this, still one should go for this , will they give appartments on time, will they cheat. What is their pervious record for the installment based project. What is future. Is it a good way to make your home in few years for the one who can save 5-6 thousand a month. Or if there is any other good option please share.

Yeah batayein ke installment pe jo ghar khayaban e amin waley de rahey hain wo lena chahiey ke nai.

Jo ghar pehley unho ne installment pe diayey they kia wo time pe deleiver ker diyey they.. mein gharo ki baat ker raha hon plots ki nai.
Or agar lump sum ki offer hi nai hai ... tou kia ye phir bhi sood hi hai.

Dani bhai ye log gher bhi time pe nahi nahi detey, aj tak sirf E block deliver kiya he aur us k sath waley G block me aj tak gher nahi diye jin ko 3 saal pehle dena tha, bhai jaan G block pe aj tak kaam pura nahi hua, naey ghar to canal k dosri taraf hain jahan abhi jane ka rasta bhi nahi bana, rasta baney ga, phir kam shuru ho ga aur phir pata nai kab pura ho, 4 saal se me is scheme k chaker laga raha hon, ye log sales ka target pura kerne k baad gum jatey hain.

Bhai app ko all wassaieee rakhey.. Yeh hi tou mein poochan chah raha tha. Mein confuse tha ke Khyaban e amin walo ko recomend Lahore Real Esate ki website yani issi web site per kia gaya hai. Lakin jo posts bhi forum pe unn ke mutaliq hain wo tou unn ki reputation kharab kerne ke lieye kafi hain. Siraf ye cheez confirm kerney ke lieye app jese experienced bando ka mashwara mangney iss web site pe aya hon. App ki or Khan sab ki bohta meherbani ke app ne appni tajweez di.

Ab baraye meherbani ye bhi agar bata dein ... ke kia or koi acha option hai low salaried person ke lieye lahore mein appna ghar bananaey ka jo ke secure ho. Budget 18-20 tak or koi aisi jagha bataien jahan se cantt jana assan ho kion ke mein udher hi nokri karta hon..
