Designs of Floors for 5 marla Commercial Plaza.,

Dear Friends.

I own a 5 marla commercial plot in Block B of Sector C in the ring (back side between plot nos. 93 & 110 facing the park) which is just a stone's throw away from the Akhtar Saeed Medical College of BT Lahore. I believe the students of the medical college will contribute to the business in this area.
I am in the process of finalising the floor plans of commercial plaza on my plot. Some friends have advised the following options.

A. Lower Groung = 2 Shops.
Upper Ground = 2 Shops.
1st. Floor = 2 Offices.
2nd. Floor = 2 Apartments.

B. Same as A above except one hall/shop on the
Upper Ground instead of 2 shops.

I will be obliged if you could kindly advise your opinion keeping in view the location of the plot & general practice by other plaza builders.
