Any Analysis to buy a house versus Plots, I have 7 million, i can buy a 5 marla houses in Bahria, which can i rent out rental income or i have to buy a plot to increase? wht is best option ?

I think brand news houses around 80 to 95 lacs depending on locations. Used houses possible around 75 Lacs
