Rate his demand is 36 lac at wht price i should
Done is it good,average,or bad location plot

Normally corner plots are 3 to 5 lac expensive compared to non corners.R-1673 must be around 34-35 lac. Lre can assess to be sure

If i were you i do grab this plot by paying a lil extra if needed. Prism R block is worth buying and holding to get excellent returns

Buy if you can hold at least 3 years. After 3 years it will not be less than 60-62 lac because development charges will be added in the cost as well.

Syed sb. we are comparing corner plots in R block. See R-2008 at bank of hudiara drain facing boundary @ 36 lac. 1673 is better than this in 36

@evaluation! Brother corner has a charm in it. If you want a corner plot go for it as corner optiona are scarce otherwise LRE offering 5 to 6 plots in R block see above list.you can choose one.
