Compared to last week, these levels represent noticeably better rates, and the previously anticipated “bottom” in the market appears to have passed, with the current trend turning upward as fresh buying continues. For investors considering short-term, medium-term, or long-term opportunities, DHA Phase 10 is once again acting as the driving force for DHA file prices overall, and other phases are expected to follow its lead as sentiment improves.
