The DHA administration has disclosed the transfer rules for the most recent balloting winners for DHA Quetta Early Bird Commercial. The Early Bird Commercial-2023 Ballot Winners’ transfer process was recently announced by DHA Quetta. For investors who have been impatiently waiting to take possession of their commercial plots in one of Quetta’s most popular housing projects, this is exciting news.


DHA Quetta Early Bird Commercials Transfer Procedure – Step by Step.


The transfer process is simple in design, making it simple for winners to transfer their plots:



  • The DHA Quetta Transfer Office must be contacted in order to receive an Affidavit of Undertaking as the first step in the transfer process. This affidavit confirms that the plot is being transferred voluntarily and that there are no outstanding legal or financial issues.

  • The Transfer Application Form, which is accessible at the DHA Quetta Transfer Office, must then be filled out. Name, address, and CNIC number are among the basic pieces of information that must be provided on this form by the transferee.

  • The transfer fee, which is a portion of the plot’s total value, must be paid by the transferee after the transfer form is submitted.

  • The transfer process will begin once the fee has been paid, and the transferee will be informed when it is complete.


Note: Remember that the transfer procedure has to be finished within six months of the voting date. The plot will be canceled and the transfer fee will not be refunded if the transfer is not finished in this amount of time.
