In the latest weekly market update for DHA Lahore Phase 10, trading activity has picked up strongly, with buyers actively entering the market and file prices showing a clear recovery trend after the recent correction. Most of the transactions this week have taken place in affidavit files, while allocation files are extremely hard to find as genuine sellers are largely unavailable at current levels. For residential plots, 5 marla affidavit files are available around 27 lakh, with practically no allocation sellers even at 25 lakh, showing clear buying pressure in this category. In 10 marla, affidavit files are trading around 44.5 lakh, while allocation availability is roughly in the 44.2 lakh plus-minus range, again with limited selling interest. For 1 kanal, buyers are active near 77 lakh, whereas affidavit files are being finalized around 85 lakh, indicating a widening gap between buyer expectations and scarce quality supply. In 2 kanal, affidavit confirmation is taking place near 1 crore 36 lakh with allocation again very hard to arrange due to a lack of sellers at current market prices. On the commercial side, 4 marla commercial files are available around 1 crore 37 lakh, while allocation is difficult to source with indications near 1 crore 30 lakh, reflecting confidence in future growth for Phase 10 commercial inventory. Compared to last week, these levels represent noticeably better rates, and the previously anticipated “bottom” in the market appears to have passed, with the current trend turning upward as fresh buying continues. For investors considering short-term, medium-term, or long-term opportunities, DHA Phase 10 is once again acting as the driving force for DHA file prices overall, and other phases are expected to follow its lead as sentiment improves. Those who continue to wait for further dips risk missing the current recovery phase, as investor interest, file scarcity—especially in allocation—and steady upward momentum are signaling a new bullish cycle in Phase 10 Lahore.​
