The real estate market in Pakistan is showing strong signs of recovery as DHA Files Rates Today begin to reflect a positive upward trend. Additionally, increased investment from overseas Pakistanis is providing much-needed liquidity. In DHA Quetta, prices are rising steadily by 25,000 to 50,000 PKR daily. Phase 9 Prism has also seen a massive jump of 3 to 4 million PKR for one-kanal plots, specifically for on-ground developed properties where buyer demand is highest.
