Location
Ivy Green Sector is located at 2.7 kilometer inside from Barki Road opposite of DHA Phase 8 S block & Lahore School of Economics. It is at 10-minute drive from Lahore Ring Road Barki Interchange. It is 5-minute drive from DHA Lahore Phase 8 S-block. And 10 minute drive from DHA Phase 6 Head Office It will be DHA 1st Gated community.It has six sectors AS Z-1, Z-2, Z-3, Z-4, Z-5 & Z-6. Let’s discuss each block details as follows

Ivy Green Block-Z1
As you enter from gain gate In DHA Phase 8 ivy Green the 1st block will be Z-1. Its consists of 5, 10 and 1-Kanal residential category with prevailing Rates as follows November 2019 as per location

5-Marla: 30 to 36 Lacs
10-Marla: 52 to 65 Lacs
1-Kanal: 90 to 120 Lacs.

1-Kanal Plots should be preferred in this block to hold or to buy.10 marla plot at entrance side should be considered. Avoid ten marla near Grid Station. 5 marla plots not ideal ones to buy here. Commercial, Park, masjid and school at walking distance. Whole Z1- block is development work completed except electrification as of now. Main Commercial market is big advantage to it

Ivy Green Block-Z2

Sector Z-2 is the smallest block in Ivy green having one and two kanal category with prevailing rates as follows in November 2019 depending on location
2-Kanal: 180 to 65 Lacs
1-Kanal: 85 to 105 Lacs.

Cheapest 2-Kanal is available in DHA Ivy Green ONLY for future investment and house construction and investment purpose. Commercial, Park, masjid and school at walking distance. Civil development work almost completed here

Ivy Green Block-Z3
Sector Z3 consists of 5, 10 and 1-Kanal residential category with prevailing Rates as follows November 2019 as per location
5-Marla: 30 to 38 Lacs
10-Marla: 45 to 65 Lacs
1-Kanal: 95 to 120 Lacs.

It has very limited plots of one kanal at prime location. 1-Kanal is fully recommended. Mostly it has ten marla plots which are good to ones to buy in range of 55 to 65 lacs except plots on High Tension Wire, 5-Marla plots in z-3 very average location plot near grid station. Again Commercial, Park, masjid and school at walking distance. 85 % Civil development work almost completed here as of now. Target Z-3 for ten Marla plots

Ivy Green Block-Z4
Sector Z4 consists of 5, 10 and 1-Kanal residential category. Current prices as follows November 2019 as per location
5-Marla: 32 to 45 Lacs
10-Marla: 52 to 65 Lacs
1-Kanal: 95 to 120 Lacs

Z4 block should be considered for 5-Marla and 10 Marla. It has maximum 5- marla category is best in it. Ten marla plots towards Z-3 side are preferable. One kanal not bad one at all if deal comes at good rates.75 % Civil development work almost completed here as of now. It has mega Park in Z4, commercial market at 2 minute drive. Let’s hope dha will develop non develop area till possession.

Ivy Green Block-Z5
Sector Z5 consists of 5,7 and 10 Marla residential category. Current prices as follows November 2019 as per location
5-Marla: 28 to 40 Lacs
7-Marla: 48 to 55 Lacs
10-Marla: 45 to 65 Lacs

Avoid 5-Mala and ten marla near grave yard. It is 80 % developed so far. If you want plot low range then targe 5- marla in plot range 700 to 1000. 10 Marla in low range not bad on in this block especially 500 to 600 numbering

Ivy Green Block-Z6
Z6 is considered is best block of IVY Green with Z1 & Z3 location approach wise. it has 5, 10 and 1-Kanal residential category. Current prices as follows November 2019 as per location
5-Marla: 42 to 48 Lacs
10-Marla: 60 to 75 Lacs
1-Kanal: 90 to 120 Lacs

You can buy or hold every residential category in this block except few one kanal plots nearer to dhuriwala village. In Z6 Parks, Commercials, School Etc on walking distance. Civil development work 98 & completed here waiting for electrification to commence.

R Block DHA Phase 9 Prism Located along side Prism Q-Block. It is immediate back DHA Town D-Block (not connected though) . In future it will be connected to bedian Road towards Phase 6.It has 5, 10 and one kanal Category with prevailing rates in November 2019 as follows depending on Location.
5-Marla: 33 to 52 Lacs
10-Marla: 65 to 78 Lacs
1-Kanal: 82 to 110 Las
In Prism Phase 9 R-Block 5-Malra plot equally rated as in K block . It is the vicinity of DHA Town. It is well designed except few lanes. R-Block is developed for possession except electrification. DHA has reserved area for Apartments as well for future. Plots nearby apartments, play Ground and park should be considered in range of 45 to 48 Lacs. Few Lanes of plots not developed yet which should be avoided for the time till work initiate there too if intent is buying in R-block
10 Malra at 120 feet road is only option if you are looking for plot on main Boulevard of 120 feet. Ten marla plots is very few in numbers. Other ten marla not bad at all.
One Kanal plots in R-block in low range where you can one kanal plot in range of 85 to 105 lacs as per location. No village or drawback in it.
