Development of L Block Prism 9 DHA.

LRE,
AOA, I have 10 marla plot in Block L Prism 9 DHA. I saw your representation of aerial view about the latest development of L block. This view is of June 2019. I saw that L Block on the upper side of BULLER village is developed area but the lower side (having 10 marla plots) still not developed. I also visited this area 8 month ago.
Dear I need your assistance to guide me that when this area of 10 marlas shall be developed.

DHA bahawalpur did not got any gains so far and in fact in some sectors prices have fallen below the launch prices.

My uncle have a 10 marla file in dha bahawalpur. When they bought it, only 4 installments were paid and after they bought, they did not paid any installments until after the ballot they got a letter from dha bahawalpur that if they can pay all pending dues at once, then they will not have to pay any late payment fine.

They paid all dues and fine was waived off. Next they have to pay development charges but the question is can they skip quarterly development charges payments and will dha bahawalpur waive off the late payment fine in the end just like they did earlier?

doubt development charges cannot be waived off,rates will increase due to price hike all around and nay except 5 - 10 lac increase in a year or so

Aoa. No need to worry if you have holding power. As soon as home construction will start rates going to improve. Yes they did not gain as suppose to be after plot no ballot but evantually they will. When people will see amenties,luxury and peace surly demand will sky rocket.wait for good time surly gains are coming.

It will take a couple of years to materialize suffiicient gains. At moment, pressure is huge due to development charges. Making profit above and beyond the development charges will be challenging.

DC never been a problem in DHA.. ... You miss some and pay some at time of sell in 2,3 years you already r in good profit to care about them or fine

Can anybody advise to take
dha multan file or dha quetta file which is more fruitful in his opinion after three to five years.Multan will grow with the passage of time and Quetta file in very low price now
