We are told the weather is too hot for huge on-site ballot ceremony for DHA Bahawalpur installments files ballot that got applications in April 2019 and also told to us ballot approval being waited by GHQ. PD changing ould be other reason for delay perhaps.

I was just looking at the above list of "for sale" plots in DHA Multan and "G-320" stood out for a reason. About a week ago (on 24 Sep 2019), I saw a "one kilometer long" message from CMY on an LRE whatsapp group where this plot was being offered as "DEAL OF THE DAY" at 55 lacs. The message was so full of praises and merits of that plot that for a moment I thought that it should be gone within minutes considering that such message must have been posted in "hundreds of LRE groups with thousands of investors" as CMY always proudly claims. However, I am so surprised that this plot is listed listed in the above list at a price of 53 lacs. If this is the response of the market to a deal of the day, I am wondering what would be chances of sales for the other plots. I am just pointing it out to highlight my feeling that trading seems to be almost at stand still.

No hard feelings please, I just wanted to share my observation.

We had the offer the same day but at the last moment the buyer backed out. We go a better option than G230@ 55 so had to reduce the price to 53 lacs. This plot at G245@55 lacs that was not the only corner but alsoo a facing park too same time and very close to other location from another very urgent seller. You can see same list plot no >>>> G245@55 Facing Park Corner Highly recommended to buy there.


The market is slow. Hard to find any buyer. Most buyers are only interested to buy M block corners facing park or large road. In other blocks mostly sellers and almost no buyers willing to buy at cheap rates yet. They will buy in the herds when these plots are a million higher in future :). BTW today did match a buyer/seller in other G block plot at a higher price.

Disregard this. Work started with minimal machinery and stopped within hours of starting for unknown reasons. Posted what we saw. But didnt update further videos because nothing to show any more. We didn't get any medal from any one for posting this and dont care if nothing going on there now. When it will start again we will update again with This Need answer in This group oupnd and drone video.

[22:50, 03/10/2019] +1 (630) 802-4186: Minimal machines moved in started work than stopped. You can see very small work done in day we posted this picture. Next day work stopped and machine moved out.

If work had continued we will be sharing ground video and drone video

To date out of 1000s plots, I checked on map for all friends since ballot no one contacted me to ask assessment or sell their plot of ten marla in DHA Multan U sector so seems like no allotment done in DHA Multan U block for any and files ten marlas against the land. This may be a good news for U kanal holders as early possesion possible in one to two years in ten marla U .

May be I am missing something. Any friend got 10 marlas in U block please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Asking for forgiveness if my wort hurt your ffeeling or your pockets. anMust sell and move on. Y block DHA 8 have on three sides villages on forth side have 15 to 20 feet high Lahore Ring Road separating ir from the real proper DHA8. Area is like mout ka kunwan . Tooooo deeeep


Only good thing I see is its close to the interchange of LRR for easy access.

All Prism blocks development pace have witness some slowed down for an unknown reason. Perhaps DHA trying to give more time to DHA 7 to get populated etc.

I am hoping for possession starting in mid next year at the earliest

Dha bahwalpur will absorb 12k plots and it will have more phases as well and they will get absorb too
Dha multan phase 1 have 50k plots and they will get absorb too and Dha multan will have more phases as well.
Dha are smart guys. These plots will hit 50 lac , crore , 2 crore and 3 crore with time.

Dha multan 97 % seller 3% buyer is it mean its flop too ?

A few km away from Dha bahwalpur is Quaid e azam solar power plant. Only uneducated people will think electricty will be an issue there.

Dha Bahwalpur is most beautiful Dha than any other including Dha ph 2 isbd , Dha ph 5 lahore , and Dha multan.
As soon as home construction will start prices going to rise up. I beleive more chances of gain in Bahwalpur than Multan as bhawalpur has low no of plots which will easily consumed by that region.

Alright there are 12000 plots.
Already a user informed us about that area it has good population plus
There is cantonment.
Medical university.
Hospital.
Engineering university.
Quaid e azam solar power plant
And inside dha bahwalpur a big university cholistan and pakistab biggest shaukt khanum
High no of middle class who can afford
Doctors,professor,engineers,small businessman,Lawyers
Land in surrounding is full of landlords. Plus every year of that region including villages and cities yazman ,ahmed pur sharkia, and even Rahim yar khan moves there.
Dont u think Dha have done proper study before launching ..,....
Hashmi garden , model town will not becompareable to Dha in developemnt as well as future price.

Fact is people of bwp is not interested in tgis project. If bought on today price in A in 30 add 22 of DC. Make it 52.. even if its not flop oroject after 5 years you will get 65 70. Is it worth it ???

There was a golf course planned initially, where has that gone? No where on map now. I heleive they gave scrapped the idea of golf course realizibg by now no need to spend on golf course on this project..

All are MOU nothing on ground. Where is mall ground breaking? Where is SKMH Ground breaking?

Dont go on MOUs , SKMH did Mou for DCK back in 2016 still not a single brick is laid

Sir, people are not buying in 28 29 how they will buy in 1 crore later? As i said max price you will fetch after 5 years is 65 70, by that time it would cost you 52 as well. So spending 52 and getting 65 70 after 5 years is not worthy investment even if its not flop project.
