dha Peshawar possession in A sector is expected in next 2-3 months. prices are sky rocketing.it still has a potential of 50 lac gain December. all my like to consider. prices of 55 lac last year at his point have increased to 170 .calculate profit margin yourself. limited supply and huge demand. no other reason

It is quite true that the
prices are sky rocketing with rumors in market that possessions in the next few months.

It is a good opportunity to speculate for a short-term, make your money and leave. I would suggest 3 months.

Few facts to be aware:
DHA Peshawar, Sector -A is no where near completion and has no feasible approach road yet. Two other main societies in Peshawar, Hayatabad and Regi have also skyrocketed in the last few months (these saw no gains in last 5-7 years when real estate was increasing daily in Lahore,Islamabad so these are basically catching up) with some help from merger with FATA has increased demands.
Fundamentally, the DHA Peshawar value will crash at some point perhaps 6 month or 1 year. Mainly because 4 or 5 local big real-estate / drug barons are putting money in, at some point they will take money out.
Expect DHA to be populated in the next 5-10 years as Peshawar population growth is slow.
