ph7, with possession 10 marlas price is 90+ Lacs, non-possession plots are cheaper ( starting 70 Lacs)


dha ph9 Town plots are available but price is higher, starting 10 million


dha ph9 Prism, 10 Marlas plots are better located ( better than ph7) but possession after 2 years minimum, plot price is 85+ Lacs in C block, whereas cheaper plots also available in J, K n L block starting 60 Lacs

It will take almost 3 years for A,P,C and Q to handover. You can expect possession in these blocks in by mid or end 2020 remaining will be handed over in 2021 or 2022.

I do agree with you. Look at the main roads of Prism and compare with the old phases of DHA. No comparison at the end. No doubt, "PRISM" will be the future of Lahore DHA. "In Shaa ALLAH"
