Information regarding Non payment of development charges
Dear brothers and Lre team..I am not able to pay the development charges of my plot in Phase 9 prism . I know that when ever I have to apply for Noc i will be asked to pay them and also there will be surcharge as well. But i just want to know that does dha cancel any plot on non payment of development charges?

Not at all. But try to pay your dues regarding development on time in order to avoid fine.

Options I repeat . Please give details also. Reason backed by facts.

I do not want to say any thing negative on any other phase because it is people hard earn money invested.

sir, there is no comparison between dha7 and dha10
dha7 is almost ready, can make house, all upcoming attractions are known, all plots are clearly visible with exact locations, one has very clear understanding what and where he is buying

dha10 is just a file that will take many years to take shape

Not only is DHA 7 completely ready with several houses under construction, you can not compare the location of DHA 7 to DHA 10. DHA 7 is much closer to the airport and far better located compared to DHA 10 which starts at the lower end of the prism and extends far beyond in the direction of Kasur. While phase 10 will have the advantage of Prism, it is NOT prism and DHA 7 is far closer and better located.
