For your kind information PRISM is hotest area in comming few weeks. "In shaa ALLAH" under the tag of Dha Lahore.

@ Surfer, first you need to read my comment again with focus. I am saying about on-ground plot in DHA. Secondly, update your dictionary that Prism does not has on ground plots :-)

if its for investment purpose... on ground plots always gain less as their price already matured. developing plots like in Prism has more margin to grow within same timeframe.

As per my understanding this scheme is to protect the existing black money or undocumented investments in real estate sector. This will encourage the existing owners of real estate to sell their properties pay 3% on the difference of DC rate and FBR rates and take out their money in other sectors as white money. New buyers have no incentive as he still has to pay the same amount of taxes, and is still liable to answer about the source of income.

dear 20793 your understanding is not correct. this amnesty is for both sellers and potential buyers as well. please read the bill copy to consult any tax consultant. no source will be asked from buyer if one pays 3% extra

Never seen any add like this before that a project is being introduced by its Investor Association.
What is the purpose behind all this?
It is better that Dha Multan Management itself take this step rather than its Investors. Who seems to be really keen to boost up a project that is in a correction mode at the moment.
