Khalid sb, if I am not wrong you are selling this plot since 3-4 months now and if I can recall you were asking 385 lacs for it.. So what is your expectation now because it just look like a market rate check rather than serious sale of this plot .. If you are needy then you should proceed with at least 450 lacs instead of asking 600 lacs to address your personal need and also get prayers from whomever will buy it

In my opinion block A and P will get a possession first. As block P has massive commercial so it will be Dha interest as well to develop first and build some plazas as many of these plots were not balloted in May 2015. They might offer some plots on installment and may keep some plots for their own commercial activity as they don't have massive commercial reserved area on wide road and well as so connected like CZ1 or oval complex.

H block should not be under-estimated, its the only good block on Ring road with potential to get the development started.

What is approximate market value of 10 marlas plot in Northern. Apology for not remembering the plot number. But it is opposite side of Cinema, on the back of the main road (150 feet).

Thanks Ahmed, let me check my documents again because I purchased the plot sometimes back, don't remember. ..but the location is on the backside of the main (opposite cinema)...Thanks anyway once again.
