Why are you selling such a nice and beautiful location? Where are you going to invest all this money ... Please share so we can also learn from your experience..

Dear prism9 , I know that it's nice beautiful awesome location commercial 8 marla plot, but I have something personal needs that are more important than property.

Khalid sb, if I am not wrong you are selling this plot since 3-4 months now and if I can recall you were asking 385 lacs for it.. So what is your expectation now because it just look like a market rate check rather than serious sale of this plot .. If you are needy then you should proceed with at least 450 lacs instead of asking 600 lacs to address your personal need and also get prayers from whomever will buy it

Forget about personal needs ... Enjoy the fruits from Allah as he gave you a plot on a prime location.
