Please inform where exactly is the location of Shiv pura are near Parkview.
There are two type of files are on sale in Parkview
Malak pur and Shiv Pura.
Understood that Malak pur is better location.

Please also inform if SHiv pura will be equally good choice for investment?

Parkview and Ivy green commercial files seems competing each other.
I would request you to please share your comments, which one is better? in my point of view Parkview is much better located but why is not gaining more than Ivy green?

Furthermore, please also inform, Where is Shiv pura moza, SOme says it is near to R block and some says different.

Bahria Town has put case today in court that Govt. is trying to get land in Bahria Town forecfully. Moreover they have no rights to pass ring road in residential area.

LRE, CMY, Others. What is expected growth for 10 Marla File and 4 marla commercial in Phase 7? I have 10 marla file which I am thinking to sale and put more investment to buy 4 marla commercial. Or it will be better to keep 10 mara file and invest around 10-12 million somewhere else for 3 years? Please help to choose a wise decision

I have a plot in phase 7, block Y, 10 Marla and it is included in the list of possession plots, announced by DHA on 1st October 2015. However, I heard that DHA is still not giving possession in this area.

Anyone, who got possession in Y block phase 7, particularly on the 14th Avenue (150 ft road). Please respond urgently. Thanks
