Bahria town is offering to exchange plots of DHA Valley allotees in Bahria Town Phase 8 Islamabad or Bahria Town Karachi.

No details have been mentioned about extra charges, if any or any other details.

Can anyone guide what is the best option.

a) Retain 8 marka, daisy block plot
b) Change plot with Bahria Town Phase 8 (8 marla)
c) Change plot with Bahria Town Karachi (8 marla)

dha 9 prism will be a gated community as said by dha. i want to ask where will be the gate. i mean how many entry points and where.

there are three roads of 120 feet entering into dha 9 from nala side. one in sector R, other in between M and N and third Between L and K. will they all be entry points.

Salam LRE / readers,

I have a plan to visit Pakistan in December for 3 weeks.
I have intention to sell my 1 Kanal Plot in DHA Phase 9 in block N which has approximate value of 55 lac (Less than average location) and have intention to buy one 5 marla plot in prism which I can only buy if I would be able to sell my 1 Kanal plot.

In worst case scenario, if required market value of my 1 kanal plot is not achieved, can I leave my power of attorney to my brother who can sell it in my absence or any other way or any other documents I can prepare so this could be sold when I left Pakistan to get good value of that plot?

Please advise.
