Salam LRE / readers,
I have a plan to visit Pakistan in December for 3 weeks.
I have intention to sell my 1 Kanal Plot in DHA Phase 9 in block N which has approximate value of 55 lac (Less than average location) and have intention to buy one 5 marla plot in prism which I can only buy if I would be able to sell my 1 Kanal plot.
In worst case scenario, if required market value of my 1 kanal plot is not achieved, can I leave my power of attorney to my brother who can sell it in my absence or any other way or any other documents I can prepare so this could be sold when I left Pakistan to get good value of that plot?
Please advise.

If u.want to buy in R block u can buy one 5 marla... In J block uppercutting u can buy 2 in around 52 to 54. Both r good invesment |

No that is not possible, You need to be present at the time of selling,
Almost all repted societies including LDA are not allowing sale on power of Attorney
But your brother can buy in your name without your presence, [ Biometric and photo can be delayed till you come to Pakistan and then only allotment letter is issued ie Not given to your brother] |

don't sell it in any hurry, as u r not in need of money...go for long term investment.....When a phase gets populated, there is not much impact of excellent/good/bad location..Look at location of LUMS, it was considered at a worst located because of nallah n now what it is!!! |
