What should people do who have been alloted a plot in the recent balloting of phase 9?
Should they visit DHA and get any kind of letter of intimation about their plot. From when are development charges due?

I want to sale my plot in phase 7 .
my agent tells me that there is fbr form in which we have to write dc value of the plot whereas in agreement paper we will write full value of plot .... is that ok or i have to mention full price on fbr form also
