Just thought Dha 9 Town plot holders / investors give each other a little know how as there is no single talk about 9 Town on this page. Do any one know how the 9 Town market is responding and after the possession the dust have settled down so what are the realistic prices in ABCD blocks. Any news about construction activity as this will greatly impact on prices. I have heard that DHA has accquired land from Bedian road and shortly New road construction work will start, this will also give boost to prices........

map approval is allowed nd construction will start shortly in few weeks . realistic price is around 62 lacs for block a.nd c normal plot . new enterance is starting soon bcz dha marked the land with sticks alongwith drain . |

Thanks for your reply any idea of prices in 9 Town Block B, plus is this new road from same place (entry point from Bedian road) or a New entry point from Bedian road. |

I guess very soon construction would be at its full bloom, majority of the plots are with investors & with people with small investment who had purchased in this area to construct & start living. As the plots are 5 Marlas in majority so construction would be completed soon. This 9 Town would also be gateway to 9 Prism, so I see it developed very soon in near future |
