22-25kanal on bedian looks low. There has to be some caveat!
This rate is also available across BRB via barki rd (thats being carpeted) Much better access as compared to Bedian.
Patwari system is tricky, but its a great learning how all this works. If one gets this knowledge, one can do a lot more in future.
Plz just make sure, that you involve
* some1 who has gone through the process in the area
* knows the area and folks there.
Both above should be known to you, as opposed to the middle-men.
Investment returns:
In past 3 years, farm lands (at least on barki road), have given 5X returns and have outperformed other RE types by a good margin. (mainly bcz of vicinity to dha 6,7,8..and market correction) |
