DHA Phase 9 Lahore Allocation letters?

Did anybody receive allocation letters /development charges due date from DHA after Phase 9 (Prism) balloting? Please reply as I am overseas and have not received any information.

Please analyse the location and future prospects of P Block of
Phase 7. There are two following point of views about P
Block:

1- It is the only block of phase 7 which is located on the main
boulevard having commercial on the front of it.
Moreover it is the nearest block from Barki Road
approach.

2- It is an isolated block and is cut off from rest of the phase 6 &
phase 7.

Kindly share your observations, opinions and information if
any.
