Bedian rd

Salam Alykum friends, need urgent guidance . There is one 5 kanal agri land near main bedian road for 55 to 60 lacs. I was planning to make it a farm house. Land acess is ok also . Seller is agent's neighbor and agent is little known to me via friend. He assured me of proper land registry through patwari etc and he will look after my property once I'm out of pak in Dubai.. Have to make boundary walls etc later.
However, is it safe? What can go wrong? Pls guide urgently .

Are you talking about EDEN PARK?

EDEN PARK raiwand road, 2 kanal, 4,6,8 kanal options are there. they are not that high!...
if 2 kanal is @60, then i guess 6 kanal to be at 120-140 as the
prices don't increase proportionately with the size of plot.

You will have to do market search for this. But don't jump anywhere without planning/research.

Thanks once again... I was dreaming of cheap hobby farm house within 50 lacs ... As overseas wanted my overseas kids to experience desi lifestyle and simple village life.... Now due to patwari issue and expensive farmhouse societies... It will remain a dream. Tc

mali786 its better to share our experiences here for every ones benefit,i came into real estate investment in 2011,since many dealers made me make wrong investments for their commissions,now i have learnt to say no to their advise,and make my own decisions after losing quite a bit of money and precious time.best wishes to all
