Brother i wanna ask about trasfering prism balloted plot to my sister's name, it is currentely on my name and i want to transfer it to my sister's name. It's one kanal plot balloted from file in sector P dha phase 9.
Is Dha transferring plots in prism or not if it is then how much total charges would be?

Prices are less in phase 7 commercial because market has not realized the potential yet though these have increased around 20% in the last two months; 4 marla commercial file in phase 7 has quietly increased from 125 lacs to todays rate of 155 lacs (see LRE rates today). When i bought commercial in phase 6, similar argument was given for very low prices in phase 6 CCA. In fact this has been true for commercials in Y block phase 3, which were priced lower than H block. Phase 4 and phase 5 commercial were also priced lower and then increased substantially after house construction started. Actually, value of commercial is only when residential has been built; there is no point of having commercial areas without having residential developed and people living in there. On average it takes 7 to 8 years for a phase to get developed and another 4 to 5 years for people to start living there. For phase 7 commercial, 7 to 8 years have passed and it is mostly developed now so now is the time to have huge gains in phase 7 commercial as house construction starts.

Market mostly corrects itself when commercial starts going on rent and then there are huge spikes, which is the reason that investing right now in not developed phases does not make much sense but then very few people think rationally.

Dear info reason behind this price hike in ph 7 commercial is because no new commercial affidavits getting clear by DHA now a days supply is limited. Those who have allocations demanding higher price thats it

Dear phase 7 commercial. This may be one of the reasons but there could be others also. Anyway, we are trying to project future with logical reasons so time will tell who was right but keeping in view the past DHA history, i think of phase 6 and 7 as the best phases among all both for residential and commercial for many rationale reasons.

in fact it is not only for DHA 7 Commercial but residential plots are also up , Like 5 to 10 Lac increase in demands seen in last 2 weeks. Possibly due to some under construction houses.

150 Feet Road NFC Phase 2

Need expert advice on 150 Feet road of NFC Phase-2. As per my view there will be a great need of 1 Kanal commercial plots near Bahria Town and between surrounding big societies. Where Bahria Town 5 Marla Commercial plot is cost 200 lacs to 850 Lacs. It will also be route to access Ring Road interchange and Bahria Town Sector F is getting its connected entrance from Multan Road.

1. Is it a good investment under the assumption of future Commercial Road?
2. How much time will it take to earn profits?
3. Can it serve major Commercial purpose?

When Parkview files were moved to Phase 7, DHA announced that possession of Phase 7 new cutting plots will be given by April 2014. Its now June 2015 and still no possession. So how can people believe DHA this time, when they have broken their promise previously.

I have an intimation letter which mentions code 1737/8 and mentions an allotment section (UAE ). Plus I have an affidavit letter which mentions a challan number . It's under my name Maria. Can I find my Prism Plot number?

phase 7

I have two option to construct my house one in phase 7 and other in Ex air avenue Dha phase 8. which one will be better to construct a kanal house for the future rates and personnel living by the end of this year , i am so confuse please a sincere advice needed from experts of on this forum.
