DHA Lahore Phase 7 commercial plots for investment purpose is not good as other DHA phases due to its location. If you have time then investment commercial phase 9 Z1&Z2.
After three to five years, Phase 9 Z1& Z2 prices are more than phase 6 MB, phase 3 Y block and Phase 5 CCA Phase 8 CC1 & CC2. Phase 9 commercial are most hot next due to location.

My plot in Iqbal Block sector E is closely escaping the green marked area of LRR.

I need your expert opinion;

1. Is it recommended to build a house closed to LRR due to dust & noise pollution?
2. How Bahria management would possibly treat affectees of LRR?

In my opinion DHA rahber phase 2 will gain maximum..because it will have approach from KEMC and Haloki..and also at optimum distance to avoid dust/smoke and noise from LRR....

CMY sb, how will it impact the Bahria Golf Residentia. I saw somewhere the third leg of southern RR (SL3) was either very close or through the GR (Golf Residentia) proposed map!

DHA phase 5 in 2005

Reference to DHA phase 5 and Phase 9 Comparison
This is Phase 5 image on 12 August 2005, You can see the possession was available and you could see few houses here and there exactly same condition as DHA Phase 7 is today.
You can imagine in next 5,6 years the only option to make home will be phase 7 then Phase 8 will be added to option.
Dont Imagine soon after possession a phase is Livable, Initial 2,3 years Construction is very slow and the it picks up. Truly a phase is livable only 5 years after possession.

What about the DHA 9 Town, what is possession status of this phase and what do you think when it will be livable, as right now it is the best option for 5M as per my understanding among all new phases. Please share your thoughts on this as well.

DHA Town if you are talking for Blocks ready for possession. Development was
Files were allotted in 2007, 2008 next year map was out. Development was started in 2011, possession is Possible this year. Then 2 years slow pace of construction and 2 years fast phase of construction, Inshallah in you will see beautiful town houses here and there and would Like to live there.
For new Files add another 3,4 years.

@Jameel Sb, If one wants to start construction at end of this year then which society/societies he should consider with a budget of 40 lakhs for 5M plot.
