i have 70 lacs ready cash which i can put any where in real estate and forget for 5 years. advice where to invest and if you have any option plz let me know. i am interested DHA 9 A block. how is it ?

Dear CMY . LRE Team

When i purchase a file from LRE, do you charge margin or commission only or u charge both of above ?

i am asking this question as Mr Fawad told us that he is buying a file 25 thousand cheaper but selling rate is 25 thousand higher but also in addition charging 1% comission. In my opinion there should not be charging both things. if you are charging comission than buyer should be paying the same rate what seller is selling for.

I am only asking this question for clarity and not accusing you or anyone else of anything.

There is always 10000 to 25000 difference in buying and selling
prices of files.

If files more frequent traded in market difference is 10000 if not 25000.

For example sellers will have demand price of 30 lacs but same time buyers are available ONLY at 29.75 lacs. A deal will happen in between after negotiation between buyer sellers. Buyer or seller pay that agreed amount. LRE dont get that 25000. BUT ONLY GETS 1% COMMISSION.


You said you are from Jeddah but posted this question from a Lahore IP address. You are clearly in Lahore at this time. You could have asked this simple question to Fawad or Adil by calling local in Pakistan even if you are from Jeddah but on vacation in Pakistan.


Just like you I am only asking this question for clarity.

FBR has observed that the people don't declare the actual purchase price of property at the time of buying and thus Govt is deprived of the proper taxes. It is therefore proposed that the Govt can buy any property at declared rate + 25%.
