phase 5M vs prism9
Dear CMY sab.
can you spare few moment to comment for INVESTMENT purpose of around 100-120 lakh
one kanal Dha phase 5 m around 100-110 lakh which is 4-5 year ahead in development than one kanal plot good
location in prime 9 (65-70 +deve cahrges 15-20=80-90) which is 4-5 year later in development than phase 5m.
--or - any other good option except multan

Both are great choices and trust me hard to pick one of these. If i have to pick one I will got for 4
files on one kanal files.-

sorry again to take few moment.but I do not understand which four file (5m,10m,1k of which project) you mention above, are better than one kanal 5M and one kanal 9 prism in current situation.
