location really and obviously we can not compare it with location of A block you know.

Phase 9 K Map clash with Google Earth snaps 2015

Dear All,

There seems some clash between MAP of Phase 9 K block and actual map as per on Google earth 2015 edition. Upper north portion of K block which is not part of DHA map has been marked as boundry wall either due to village or factory, however as per google earth road coming from north corner of comfort factory goes straight.

On other hand as per DHA map this straight road after crossing the first right turn (marked with black rectangle) get blocked due to village or factory same shown with dha phase 9 map with two rectangles.

However on ground there is no village neither factory which is stopping the white color straight road and it goes straight only.The left side of road is totally free land.

Phase 9, K holders to verify this analysis and correct me also.

Experts opinion required.

It is possible that DHA will get this area in Future and this offset of current map will be corrected, but as of today DHA is showing that this Land is not sold to them except the small patch, with the numbers 346 to 360

what do you think they will do with western boundary plots of B block on north and south side of excluded area?? I mean typically will they raise a boundary wall and make a street road in between wall and plots?? if that will be the case, how wide would that be?

Now that the underpass from Phase-5 to Phase 9 B block has been completed, what are you views about these plots? what level of % increase you think there will be on 2-5 year projection?
