Is that a good, average, bad, worst location?
What is the current market price going on in M block?
Is that any chance to acquire Anmol Housing society by DHA?

Hello All,

For the development charges, is there a way to transfer directly to DHA's account instead of going to the window and depositing it. IT will be really helpful for overseas folks.

M 1123 is near to 150 foot road, near to shopping mall, away from boundary, near to corner, so it has got 8 plus points, good luck

No 25 lacs otherwise I will keep it..its a good investment eventually it will be lot more than 25 lacs..It is still supposed to go for balloting and you never know I end up getting a very good location. 25 LACS IS my final price.

already answered on mm post , trust only lre no other is reputable but count only on yourself . two kind of files available u have to take installment paid file not against land . so better take lre services so that u wont suffer as u did few days ago . jazzak ALLAH

Dear , P is the 2nd best sector after A. Features of Sec. P are :

No village
largest sector park around 90 kanals
closer to DHA Town
on the main bulevard
closest to CZ 1
closer to golf course

Keep in mind the best Sector of phase 6 is H block B/c it is having the largest park which is around 80 kanals

good location...close to Civic Zone 3...Sector C has good access from LRR...you are away from boundary n also from graveyard...close to boundary but not that much near to devalue it...walking distance from sector park, mosque,school...but parking issues wil not emerge...

should be sold at 70+ without dev charges, at the moment !

In DHA Advertisement its mentioned there will be university in DHA Phase 9... does any one know the location for that university? I mean which block will have the university?

I didn't see any university reserved space on the map.

avicenna is private medical college and doesn't fall in DHA territory... i heard land below Q block is reserved for university... may be CMY sb can confirm that ...
