Dear Fawad,

I would highly appreciate if CMY or his expert team can evaluate my plot in LHR DHA 9. (Value, Location, Future Scope, Advice to sell or keep)

Also I would like to know letter of intent can I get later without any fine penalty as I am out of country moreover what will be DHA policy for development charges for each file how much they will charge, will they make it in installment if yes then in how many years. And suppose if we pay altogether one time, will they accept and offer us any percentage discount.

Following are Plot details:

Block M - 917 (1 Kanal)
Block Q - 263 (1 Kanal)

No significance. These people are living here for ages and chose not to sell their land to us rich people :)

They dont disturb us....as we make big walls around them to keep them away from our posh society....

but in return they give us drivers,,,,maids...servants....

Location Of You Plot No. C-1022 In DHA Lahore Phase 9 Prism Is Near Unplanned Area (Excluding Area).Good Approach From Main Road
But Near Harpalke Village Boundary, You Should Sell And Buy Good Location Plot In Same Block.
