Phase 9 Plot Estimate
All of those who are asking about there plot status and getting answer like near Graveyard, sell, etc, good
location keep, I would say current plot status does not make sense right now:
1. Plot near to a graveyard in a phase that will be populated/developed before a plot on a main road in another phase that will be populated years later may actually be better.
2. There is no true ranking of sectors right now, for the reasons given above, but it seems, development has reached just close to B, A, Q blocks (look on phase 9 google map and dha map side-by-side). So these blocks may be (or may not be, who knows) populated first.
3. Anyone can find his plots location on the map that is easily available on the net, if you can type a post, you can also look at the map.
