Askari apartments right beside Upper B Block

A lot of people are not noticing that there is also a village right next to B Block and its land is even splitting B block into two. Thats the excluded area, check google maps. When I realized there was a village built area next to B I had to revise my estimation of it downwards.

That small village is not part of B block and on one side. Excluded area is clean and DHA property. You are watching Google Map wrongly. I have pasted Overlapped image of B Block over Google Map. Probably you have missed that

Dear Block B,

Actually it was from your overlapped image that I realized this. Yes that's what I'm saying its not a part of B Block but it is right next to the left side of it. I am not doubting B blocks superior location and early development prospects. But don't you think the Boundary plots of B Block next to the village will be impacted same as the near village plots in the rest of the Ph 9 Blocks? Its something people should keep in mind when deciding whether to sell or buy in that area of B Block.

Yes there is Kot Wadhawa Singh on west side of B block and Plots against its boundary will see some impact. Village effect is more if it is within DHA boundary and DHA plan around it as then DHA has to give some entrance to that village

Dear AJ,
Detailed analysis of the overlapped image shows a safe distance between DHA boundary and the nearby village; so its impact would be almost non-existent. Secondly, from very reliable sources it is learnt that the EXCLUDED AREA had just been excluded from current ballot and is definitely under property of DHA. No issue of it being disputed or anything of that sort. It would be taken into account in the next ballot.

How come Aitizaz Ahsan let DHA show his property in Map of DHA :)
He is such a great Lawyer and i donot think DHA can take a risk by showing his property part of DHA.....that is common sense.

All in DHA previous projects if they have land and not sure or not want to mention what they are going to built in that area they always mentioned as "DHA Reserve Area" not excluded area.
Dont make any decision on basis that they already have that area, but may be in future they will get.
