idont know you r agent r not brother but some facts

there are commercial properties along the nalla, factories etc. even DHA planned commercial plazas on nalla you can see in the map.

regarding smell, it is not that dirty like other nallas i mean no balck water as it dont passes from the populated areas in the biggining or start of it.
air blows usually from north to south in lahore so this nalla is in south of prism 9. with commercial on the bank so no effect on residents.
this will provide ease of excess to nearby sectors

many other positive factors should be kept in mind

I have a worst located plot in shape of E160. 2 questions;

1. Is it really a bad idea to hold it for 3 years or so?

2. If I want to sell it would I really have to struggle for years to buy a buyer?
