C 1250 Is Facing Commercial, Not Good Location,
B 175 Corner,Facing Park, 120 ft Road But Not Standard Plot,Good Location

B175 is not square so can have some impact. Also since map above lower B block is not complete so only access right now is via other phase 9 blocks. You should not sale it. Keep it as when the area above lower B block is clear you will get good gains due to access to LRR. Upper B block plots have advantage that they are linked with phase 5 and LRR directly.
