Some impact due to factory near by. Plot is not rectangular though corner. Access is good from main road.

DHA official site should have uploaded error free map but i had to fix it
because they are closed.

Once map is loaded just double click on the area you want to see detail.

Averge plot Price wise
Good Points Corner, and Better access via LRR Service road. But Big Minus LRR about 15 to 16 feet high will be causing privacy issue,
