I have question regarding J block 5 marla.In many answer J block is regarded as good bcz of access to ferozpur road and LRR but on individual plot queries,mostly answer is sell it immediately.Its confusing.Can any1 clear or describe in detail? 😑

Ask those guys for any reasons and then judge those reasons and then decide. To me 5 Marla can never get such approach ever in Lahore even in future.

Seeing discussion for last 2 days,my guess is also that J block is not that bad bcz i havent find any solid reason for selling plot in J.May b Few want to collect Maximum J plots for future gains.Let the time decide.Allah behter karay sab k liya.

Dr Saab same was my condition however i beleive it will be very good what Allah chose for us and i saw positive comments from brother like Mahamad , shahzad and Investor. i beleive it will be good in long run since its under DHA boundry

Sir J block is gold for those who can wait for 7+ years
firstly LRR work will be completed in and after that DHA will start its development here , but once development is done and few pockets are filled , it will have great access and gains will be big

i am not expert but i often use this route and i honestly tell you that J,F,H blocks are actually the proper entry points of DHA phase 9 prism through ring road and its distance ,time and connectivity to phase 4-5 & ferozepur is around 5 min distance through ring rd and i think in future this route will be more convenient,

seeing all above mentioned, i couldnot understand any bad thing in J . i am not aware of this area but checked with some people and found nothing wrong instead i heard it can be entry and exit point in future

I agree j block will b d face of phase 9 ! Passing thru ring road it will represent phase 9 n point of entry as well! Like d ring road which has phase 8 on its sides

People are not looking B block in bigger perspective with DHA Phase 5 and askari and you may hear bad comments too as it is little off main phase 9 but then it is close to phase 5. So be happy on getting plot in phase 5 :)

L-725 is not bad. I live in DHA EME and today lots facing villages are above 1.5 crore. Your plot is corner and very near to 150ft. I donot think the village can have major imapct. So one can say it is reasonable plot if not excellant...
