These are nicely located plots in U Block and all issues resolved, I Think soon construction will start, Construction should be full swing in 3,4 years [looking at the experience of phase 5,6] that can be best time to sell.
In sort term prices will be same
If you have Google earth full program goto View and then historical imagery you can see that how Phase 5 and 6 Got Populated in which years, You will be able to retrieve the old Data, very informative. Same course DHA 7 will also take. |
