These are nicely located plots in U Block and all issues resolved, I Think soon construction will start, Construction should be full swing in 3,4 years [looking at the experience of phase 5,6] that can be best time to sell.
In sort term prices will be same
If you have Google earth full program goto View and then historical imagery you can see that how Phase 5 and 6 Got Populated in which years, You will be able to retrieve the old Data, very informative. Same course DHA 7 will also take.

Dont worry. Excluded areas are just excluded in town planning. The location is DHA property and they will reveal their plans later.

Hi LRE team,
I've above plot in lower cutting of U-block phase 7. Current assessment is around 75 to 80 lakhs. Is it advisable to sell it now and invest the amount in phase 9 (1 kanal) or I should wait till the possession to be granted. Investment span is around 2 years.

Guess which event is gonna happen soon. If possession then keep it ,If you are optimistic about Phase 9 Development then go for it.....common sense.

I think DHA had clearly mentioned on the Allocation letter that Development charges will be recovered on actual cost of development in six equal six monthly installments from date of allocation of plot number.
I do not find file Numbers with OLO in the ballot result. What is the difference between files OL and OLO?
