Please give your evaluation of my Corner Plot Ph9 P- 980. What price do you feel and prospects?


I get the feeling that the area near it will be taken over by DHA via fresh files fairly quickly as I checked on google maps and its all open area till the drain, no villages etc. Plus the shape of P Block cutting towards the bottom and east is quite strange with some other plots in pockets which probably indicates that DHA is in process of acquiring the adjoining open areas. What say you?

B797 is corner and ideally located. Few meters away from Phase 5 M block and less than half km from LRR. B is next to Askari which is already populated. I think this plot will give you quick gains in future.

N1300 is corner and good but may be effected due to factory near buy. I think you should sale it if you get good price.

K-1588 is good plot. so keep it.
R-1634 is ok plot and can be sold earlier
R-2384 is good plot and can be kept
