Now LRR South loop is Lifeline of Phase 9, Incase LRR is Not made in time due to Lack of Budget, or Govt Change or any other reason then how things will materlize.
2nd Which part of Loop will be started first

Because Now it between 2 Depts Ring Road Authority and DHA, Planning dept issued 5 Billion rupees to get Land for Ring Road and their Director Told they need more than 25 Billion.

Pls tell about R - 218 , is it on boundary towards Dha-town with 100 ft road just straight to it , 250 meters away , Any chances that Dha town to be joined with R block here?
can we expect R block to expand in this direction?
When shud i sell it off?

R - 218 Must be held. With 3,5 DHA Town blocks will have many roads connected to R. This map of Prism is drawn 4 years ago and only minor changes. A lot of land under and around R is with DHA now. Matter of fact I think DHA site office for Prism development teams is in R block too and functional today. I uploaded its Google image recently. Development may start from R side because Lahore Ring Road will see lot of construction traffic. DHA plan to stay away from that side at start. So this could make R gain more.

None of R block plot should be sold unless you are in 1st 2 rows ear Nallah. New buyers could safely buy in R block for 3 to 5 years hold time.


BTW thanks for a lot of help from you Shehzad Qamar bhai and Jameel bhai plus many other caring friends here. You guys are awesome folks.

Please give your evaluation of my Corner Plot Ph9 P- 980. What price do you feel and prospects?


I get the feeling that the area near it will be taken over by DHA via fresh files fairly quickly as I checked on google maps and its all open area till the drain, no villages etc. Plus the shape of P Block cutting towards the bottom and east is quite strange with some other plots in pockets which probably indicates that DHA is in process of acquiring the adjoining open areas.
