There are good location in J block too. Land is ok. Heavy population very close.

I agree looking at prices all 5 marla should have been near DHA Town. At least I hopes 75% 6 marla will be close to DHA Town ; But only half R block have 5 marla that are very close to DHA Town. R should have been just 5 marla only plots.

hamad Its a good location DONTTTTTTTTTTTT sell it. Next to DHA town developed area will give you very good return.

Hold it for 3 to 5 years. Excellent for making dream house.

N-318 ok to hold ok for house mid range.

J-258 you holf J-258 too. Will gain in future.

R - 218 Must be held. With 3,5 DHA Town blocks will have many roads connected to R. This map of Prism is drawn 4 years ago and only minor changes. A lot of land under and around R is with DHA now. Matter of fact I think DHA site office for Prism development teams is in R block too and functional today. I uploaded its Google image recently. Development may start from R side because Lahore Ring Road will see lot of construction traffic. DHA plan to stay away from that side at start. So this could make R gain more.

None of R block plot should be sold unless you are in 1st 2 rows ear Nallah. New buyers could safely buy in R block for 3 to 5 years hold time.


BTW thanks for a lot of help from you Shehzad Qamar bhai and Jameel bhai plus many other caring friends here. You guys are awesome folks.

Z1 is a lot better than Z2 almost twice better. Z3 is weakest. OC main and back both ok

Excellent location and plenty of Parking and visibility. Hold it and dont sell it too fast when dealers start calling you. It will trip the price in 5 years from today.

You got lucky by getting a plot that will be future Y block of DHA Lahore. apartment buildings will attract banks and trendy restaurants here.closest to Gofl course and 2 kana rich peoples will make Z2 shine big in small time.

Again telling you as a brother from next week dealers will start calling you to give offers of 5.75 crore plus for your 8 marla location. Dont be afraid of high gains and keep holding it till its atleast 10 crore in less than 3 to 5 years max.

Please sell it but no hurry. Can wait til Jan Feb 2016 to sell. Not an ideal location. Not worst. Mid price range plot. Little better than bad category.

L-612 size is not good. Hard to sell. But its main road you may find a buyer. Too early for exact prices.

It means DHA will make its map later. Probably something they could not plan in other phases. I am hopeful something good will be planned here.
