my plot located well in k block Alhamdulliah , comfort factory have beautiful lawns too and good boundary and some good pvt land their too which dha can own, do not worry about comfort factory if someone is near to it , my pick up sector for 5 marla is k, ring road interchange will be near to it.

i was wearing banyan and first time i noticed i always feel comfortable in comfort banyans . so jisy love kro woh pass to ata he hai :)

i opened dha maps and from satellite view saw every bit of phase 9 , no need to worry just saw all other societies , its dha not township do not worry about factories , dha minds good in fixing many things like our politicians , dha is really big u it take minutes to go from one block to other on map :P please all of u concernd about location use google maps satellite view beside corners of j block everything is fine as i visited this place month ago too.

After reading so many comments that Army walay achay plots lay uray etc, Here I would like to clarify one thing being part of family of Army Back Ground i asked my 4x Fouji cousins who were anxiously waiting for the balloting, none of them got any good location plot even one got in front of grave yard. I myself applied as Civilian and ALHAMDOLILAH allocated plot on 150 feet road in Sector D. so my humble request please dont blame just research and ask your friends in Army about balloting they will tell you how transparent balloting was...infact to my understanding only 5% plots are good location and every can not get a good location....just trust ALLAH NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY RIZK ALLOCATED TO YOU BY ALMIGHTY...TC

Future of Kanal and 10 Marla Plots

Seeing the living styles in other countries, Pakistani kanal and bigger homes are heaven. I am 100% sure that if taxation is done properly and forcibly, people will have to pay heavy taxes and then nobody would like to live in kanal and bigger homes because of heavy taxation. These kanal luxuries will vanish as soon as some tough government comes to power and starts collecting tax properly.

The future belongs to smaller homes. That is why 5 and 10 marla are in high numbers for first time in DHA.
