Dear LRE Support,

Kindly help me finding the status for my file for Ref # 2014/18 as I'm in KSA and dont have any update of my file.

This ref number is mentioned on my intimation letter issued on 30th April 2015 and I still not get my allocation letter.

Is my file included in the balloting or not? Waiting for your prompt feedback. Thanks

@kp. B409 is not good located as backside is blank don't know it belong to DHA or private. if it is DHA area then ok while 869C is bad location due graveyard in front.

C-869 is opposite to graveyard sorry to tell you this as i have c-811 which is close to graveyard but yours is opposite.

Not recommended to build, you may sale when got a reasonable offer and buy either in phase 7 or even in phase 9 by addition of some amount but in good blocks as A is the best. you can see upper portion of phase 9 at good location will be rewarding hope so.

Comon B409 is bad? We are in habit of calling everything bad if it is on boundary. Look at askari and shuhuda town right next to it. People are living there.......120ft road in front.

U r luckcy. Complete P sector is excellent. This is VIPS small sector having big Civic Centhe and biggest park 80 Kanal and in priority 1 if development. enjoy

Ahmed. L 612 is not good location plot due to nearby village and graveyard but don't sale in panic just wait and see first and once have reasonable offer immediately sale it without second opinion.

Thanks investor for your kind opinion but on map shows its 3rd plot on linked road not infront of graveyard, and also it shows shops infront of graveyard will it gone a make any difference ? please reply in bit detail as i have no other source to discuss this matter.

Should people with bad plots like me, pay any development charges as that will be further 20 Lakhs stuck for 3 years or should we just sell when we can and let the buyer (if we find any) pay those as well.

Development charges are payable lump sum now but will be paid by buyer as it will include in plot price, Better to move immediately when got a reasonable offer.

Development charges will be paid only if selling plot otherwise in 3 years installments after 4 moths about. If any body is selling the plot then the development charges will be included in plot value and ultimately buyer will pay all, hope answer the question.

Agree with Ahsan Ali. Don't panic. Hold. Let any good news like LRR, development of phase pick the mood. At some point investors aiming to make quick money will return to this phase again and then common people like me can sell also. There were fluctuations in file price. Some people's phase 7 experience was similar.

@ Umer M 610 is an ok plot, not great but average, on 80 ft road equi distant from Anmol and the village. Far enough from the drain. I'd say keep it, unless you want to pay extra and swap for a better plot.

Dear Funny,

May I request you to hold your comments on the integrity of the ballot by the DHA. I am an old investor of DHA and have been allotted best and worst plots in ballots.

I am 101% sure that the ballot was very fair.

Other thing that you should keep in mind is that DHA is welfare scheme for Defense Personnel, the Army authorities decide priorities.

I hope you will understand my humble request.

Thanks for generousness, I am not upset - it was a bit of concern.

Don't bother about locations now, I am sure there will be changes in the map - that may benefit you. Do remember getting plot in the ballot was your luck but keeping is your choice.

Ali Jafri Sb:- very strange comment that noise and pollution due to ring road. Then why 150 ft road make a plot location very good. Why a facing park where whole the day children ply and make noise. Unable to understand. In bahria town lahore dealers were highlighting Eand F sectors by saying they will be very close to ring road.
